- DIGITAL SCREEN | The biggest upgrade between the original Quad and the Quad 2 is the LED screen. This communicates battery life, voltage level, and connection detection, and says silly sign-off phrases as it turns off.
- TRUE FAST CHARGE | Stop waiting hours for your pen to charge! The Quad 2 will go from 0% to 100% in about 20 minutes, and can reach 80% in just 10 minutes. Make sure you’re using a type-c cable, the 510 charger cannot support True Fast Charge.
- TECH GRIP | The front of the Quad 2 is completely black, no matter which color you choose. The other 3 sides are vibrant and feature a futuristic, ergonomic tech grip texture that looks cool and is comfortable to hold.
- SQUARE SHAPE | The square shape is the Quad 2’s identifier. Since the battery has flat sides, it won’t roll off the edge of the table when you set it down. Protect your cartridge from unnecessary drops and falls.
- LOWER VOLTAGES | The original Quad had 4 voltage levels and went up to 4.2V. While the higher voltage will create bigger clouds, it’s risky and can easily burn out your cart’s coil. The Quad 2 has a lower range for cartridge protection and better terpene flavor production. It now spans 5 levels from 2.0V to 4.0V.
- BATTERY INDICATOR | Always know how much juice your battery has, thanks to the LED screen. The battery always shows at the top of the screen, or click the button 4x for an expanded battery life display.
- CONNECTION DETECTION | The bottom icon on the LED screen is for Connection Detection. This tells you if your cartridge or 510 accessory is successfully connected. If not, try cleaning the connection or using a different cartridge.
- DUAL CHARGING PORTS | Just like the original Quad, the Quad 2 can be charged two different ways, with two types of chargers! It includes the Ooze Smart USB charger that screws onto the top of the pen. Or, plug a type-c charger into the bottom port for True Fast Charge and pass-through charging.

Do you provide discreet shipping?
Yes, we ship all orders in either opaque white colored poly mailers or cardboard shipping boxes. The return label says TBS SUPPLY CO, not The Baggie Store.
Where are you located?
We ship from our locations in New Jersey, Georgia and California. We also have lots of inventory stored with Amazon and in some cases they will fulfill our orders as well.
I really want to grab some CBD oil and flower but I'm nervous about the shipping. Is it legal?
UPS, DHL and the U.S. Postal Service all allow customers to ship CBD oils and other products provided they meet the following criteria. All products shipped must contain less than a 0.3% THC level (anything more is considered by the government to be marijuana, which would make shipping it illegal)
Can I come in person to pickup my order?
Unfortunately no. We are not open to the public and are exclusively an online order company.
Can I get a tracking number for my order?
If you entered the correct contact phone number and email address when your order was placed, there was a SMS text and an email sent with your order confirmation. After we shipped your order, the tracking information was sent automatically also. In addition, make sure you download the Shop App to your phone for real time tracking information.
My order came with items missing, what gives?
Many times, like Amazon, we ship from different locations to fulfill orders. If you received an order with items missing, your remaining items are on the way.
How long does it take my order to get shipped and get to me?
All products that are in stock usually ship within 24 hours of order completion but can take up to 1-2 business days to ship. Back ordered products can take 3-5 business days to ship. We ship with FedEx, USPS, UPS and DHL. Once your order is shipped, USPS First Class usually take 3-5 days and USPS Priority usually take 2-3 days.
