The CRIMSON digital mini scale includes a large collapsible silicone bowl and latching cover for incredible versatility. The silicone bowl contains and protects the scale when collapsed, keeping it safe from knocks and bumps. When fully expanded, the bowl provides a comfortably large volume for you to weigh your items in. Results are easy to read from the extra-large LCD with white backlight. Built-in overload protection helps prevent damage to the scale. Do you provide discreet shipping?
Yes, we ship all orders in either opaque white colored poly mailers or cardboard shipping boxes. The return label says TBS SUPPLY CO, not The Baggie Store.
Where are you located?
We ship from our locations in New Jersey, Georgia and California. We also have lots of inventory stored with Amazon and in some cases they will fulfill our orders as well.
I really want to grab some CBD oil and flower but I'm nervous about the shipping. Is it legal?
UPS, DHL and the U.S. Postal Service all allow customers to ship CBD oils and other products provided they meet the following criteria. All products shipped must contain less than a 0.3% THC level (anything more is considered by the government to be marijuana, which would make shipping it illegal)
Can I come in person to pickup my order?
Unfortunately no. We are not open to the public and are exclusively an online order company.
Can I get a tracking number for my order?
If you entered the correct contact phone number and email address when your order was placed, there was a SMS text and an email sent with your order confirmation. After we shipped your order, the tracking information was sent automatically also. In addition, make sure you download the Shop App to your phone for real time tracking information.
My order came with items missing, what gives?
Many times, like Amazon, we ship from different locations to fulfill orders. If you received an order with items missing, your remaining items are on the way.
How long does it take my order to get shipped and get to me?
All products that are in stock usually ship within 24 hours of order completion but can take up to 1-2 business days to ship. Back ordered products can take 3-5 business days to ship. We ship with FedEx, USPS, UPS and DHL. Once your order is shipped, USPS First Class usually take 3-5 days and USPS Priority usually take 2-3 days.
